Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled as we prepare fresh products on demand.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.

After review, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

No refunds or cancellations are accepted for orders placed during special offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns.
